THREE LEVELS OF SUPPORT

Start with what your project needs.

You do not need to choose a package before contacting us. We will identify the suitable level together.

01 / PRIMARY OFFERING

Takeoff & Estimate

A clear quantity and cost foundation using your pricing and agreed assumptions.

The work

  • Review supplied drawings and project information.
  • Develop source-linked quantities.
  • Apply customer-supplied pricing and explicitly agreed assumptions.

Your deliverables

An itemized estimate, quantity breakdown, assumptions, exclusions, and a list of unresolved information or pricing.

Local pricing research and trade solicitation are additional services.

02 / DEVELOP THE SCOPE

Estimate & Scope Development

The core estimating work, with additional attention to gaps and decisions.

The work

  • Include Takeoff & Estimate.
  • Review drawings for scope gaps and unresolved requirements.
  • Research applicable budget pricing, identifying sources and limitations.
  • Develop trade scopes and organize outstanding specifications and selections.

Your deliverables

A developed estimate and a clear decision list.

Researched budget prices are distinct from actual subcontractor quotes.

03 / COORDINATE THE BIDS

Estimating & Bid Coordination

Develop the estimate and scope, then organize real supplier and trade pricing.

The work

  • Include Estimate & Scope Development.
  • Prepare bid packages.
  • Coordinate supplier and subcontractor pricing within an agreed scope.
  • Clarify inclusions and exclusions.
  • Compare and reconcile bids.

Your deliverables

A quote-supported estimate and comparison package.

Know what a number represents.

Customer-supplied pricing, researched budget prices, and actual trade quotes are identified for what they are. Missing information stays visible so you can decide what to resolve next.

An estimate is a planning and decision tool. It does not guarantee final construction costs or savings, and these services do not include engineering or comprehensive code review.

SCOPE BEFORE FEES

A written agreement
for a defined task.

After consultation, the proposal sets the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and revision allowances. Defined estimating work may be quoted at a fixed fee.

Coordination or evolving work may use an agreed hourly arrangement and spending limit. The appropriate structure is agreed before paid work starts.
